We are looking for an established Manager or Senior Consultant to work within our award-winning specialist team.

As Managing Consultant, you’ll have a national remit – developing client relationships in numerous sectors including tourism, sport, IT and technology.

Acting as a true partner to our clients, we work on all commercial vacancies including marketing, business development, communications, product and brand management, digital and events. We place candidates from graduates right up to C-suite level – and we’re known for delivering exceptional service at every turn.
In our Glasgow office, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team – offering them support and guidance as they develop their careers. You’ll report into our Glasgow Director, and will work with her to shape procedures and best-practice across the business.
You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment, and ideally you’ll have experience in managing or mentoring junior recruiters. You should be an innovative thinker, and true team player. You’ll also be keen to work in an autonomous role where you can steer your team to success.
