We’re looking for…
- Extensive experience within a varied marketing role – you may have led a small team or you could be sitting at Manager level and looking for that next step up in your career
- Experience within the retail or consumer goods space would be beneficial
- Commercially minded – you’ll know your numbers and always be looking at ways to generate revenue
- Creative thinker with a real understanding of brand strategy
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Hungry to be part of an exciting phase in Sterling Home’s development
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset – ability to analyse data in order to make informed decisions

You will be…
- Developing and executing a brand marketing strategy
- Campaign planning and management
- Overseeing the creation of brand specific content
- Leading and mentoring a small team of marketing professionals
- Working with external agencies who will support across advertising
- Budgetary management – we’ve made a huge investment here to really support you
- Looking at opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
- Using data and analysis to measure brand and campaign effectiveness

Digital Marketing Manager

- Proven experience in a varied Digital Marketing role – you could be sitting at Manager level already or Executive looking for that next step up in your career
- Exposure across a range of channels including email, PPC, SEO
- Experience within the retail or consumer goods space would be beneficial
- Confidence – you’ll be comfortable coming in and “taking the reigns” as well as getting your ideas across
- Experience in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programmes
- Excellent project management and budget management skills

- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
- Working across a range of channels including – email, paid advertising and SEO (with some agency support)
- Developing and managing a content marketing strategy
- Using data and analysis to measure brand and campaign effectiveness
- Keeping on top of industry trends through market research

eCommerce Trading Manager
Inspiring our customers. This role is all about creating a fantastic online shopping experience for our customers. You’ll be the creating visually appealing and easy to navigate journeys that inspire our customers to buy.

We’re looking for:
- You’ll have a passion for furniture and understand current trends. Your keen eye for design will translate into beautifully organised product pages and a user-friendly website.
- You’ll be comfortable analysing website traffic, conversion rates and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement. Using data insights, you’ll optimise product listings, promotions, and the overall website experience to boost sales.
- You’ll be a team player that works closely with our Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, and Design teams to ensure everything on our website functions seamlessly together.
You will be:
- Passionate about furniture and design and have a keen eye for what looks good and understand the furniture industry.
- An expert at eCommerce platforms (like Shopify or Magento), content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (like Google Analytics).
- Adept at managing multiple projects at once and ensure everything is categorised, presented clearly, and consistent across the website.
- A strong communicator that collaborates effectively with different teams and can present their ideas clearly. You’ll be able to explain your data-driven recommendations to colleagues effectively.
- A lifelong learner who enjoys staying up-to-date on furniture trends, customer needs, and the latest eCommerce best practices.
