This is a newly created standalone HR role supporting a fast-paced, sales-driven SME in Bristol, with real scope to make it your own.
You will work closely with the local senior leadership team to drive day-to-day HR activity, coach managers and help embed the right people practices across the business. Working as part of a wider group structure, you will also partner with the Group Head of People & Culture on people projects, process improvements, policy standardisation and ongoing change activity across the organisation.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being visible within the business, building strong relationships with managers and operating as the go-to HR person on site.
