Shape the future of enterprise IT support services within a major financial services environment, leading service design across internal teams and a key offshore Systems Integration partner. 

What's in it for you

How you'll make your mark

This role is heavily focused on shaping, designing and assuring end-to-end IT service management processes and operating models within a complex outsourced environment.

Your experience:

  • Proven IT Service Design leadership within large-scale outsourced / managed service environments
  • Strong experience working with offshore SI partners
  • Financial Services or Banking background essential
  • Strong ITIL / ITSM expertise

Your responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing scalable IT service management processes
  • Defining end-to-end service models, governance frameworks, SLAs and KPIs
  • Assuring and challenging third-party service design deliverables
  • Ensuring services meet operational, regulatory and audit requirements
  • Driving best practice across Incident, Problem, Change, Request & Service Level Management
  • Supporting service transition and operational readiness activities
