How you'll make your mark
This role is heavily focused on shaping, designing and assuring end-to-end IT service management processes and operating models within a complex outsourced environment.
Your experience:
- Proven IT Service Design leadership within large-scale outsourced / managed service environments
- Strong experience working with offshore SI partners
- Financial Services or Banking background essential
- Strong ITIL / ITSM expertise
Your responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing scalable IT service management processes
- Defining end-to-end service models, governance frameworks, SLAs and KPIs
- Assuring and challenging third-party service design deliverables
- Ensuring services meet operational, regulatory and audit requirements
- Driving best practice across Incident, Problem, Change, Request & Service Level Management
- Supporting service transition and operational readiness activities
