A financial services organisation is undergoing a significant transformation programme, building an entirely new IT ecosystem and outsourcing its full suite of systems and support services to TCS. As part of that journey, they need an experienced IT Service Design Lead to help shape, design and assure the operational service model ahead of go-live.
This is a six-month contract, inside IR35, paying up to £500 per day, with hybrid working and around two to four days per month on-site in Carlisle.
How you'll make your mark
- Lead IT Service Design and Service Transition activity across the programme.
- Drive Operational Readiness and Service Acceptance ahead of go-live.
- Design and implement ITIL-aligned IT service management processes.
- Establish governance, SLA and KPI frameworks.
- Provide supplier assurance and third-party challenge.
- Shape go-live preparation and operational support models.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers including TCS.
