A financial services business is rebuilding its digital experience from the ground up, and someone needs to own it. Mobile Banking. Internet Banking. The web applications that sit around them. Not a slice of the roadmap, the whole customer journey, end to end.
This is a business mid transformation, with the backing and the ambition to match. They're looking for a Digital Product Owner who can sit at the centre of that change, turning customer needs and business requirements into digital products people actually want to use.
You'll take ownership of the digital product backlog and roadmap, and use it to drive real change across the business.
A salary of £60,000 to £65,000, with a working model built around trust. This role is primarily remote, with just two days a month on client site for the moments that matter in person.
You'll join a business that backs personal and career development, not just talks about it, and a culture built to encourage bold thinking rather than box ticking.
Our client is a financial services business partway through a significant end to end transformation, with digital at the heart of it. They're purpose driven and values led, and it shows in how decisions get made, not just how they're written down.
This role exists because digital ownership needs a single, accountable home. Someone who can hold the product vision, manage the risk, and keep the customer at the centre while the wider transformation moves around them.
Digital Product Owner roles in financial services often come with a lot of responsibility and not much real ownership. This one is different. You get the backlog, the roadmap and the stakeholder relationships that actually let you shape the product, not just administer it.
If you've been looking for a role where your judgement on customer experience carries weight, and you want to do it from home for all but two days a month, we should talk. Get in touch for a confidential conversation.
