You know how to keep complex projects moving. You spot problems before they surface. You bring calm when timelines tighten, clients change direction, or teams need clarity.
This role gives you the space to operate at a more strategic level. You’ll oversee major client programmes, support and guide the wider account team, and become a trusted voice across both delivery and client relationships.
Perceptive are looking for someone who can step in quickly, bring structure across multiple workstreams, and help keep high-quality digital learning projects on track for global healthcare audiences.
You’ll oversee a portfolio of client accounts and projects from brief through to delivery, making sure work lands on time, on budget, and at the standard clients expect.
A big part of the role centres around alignment. Bringing teams together. Keeping communication clear. Making sure priorities stay visible and projects keep momentum.
Healthcare experience would be useful, although Perceptive are equally interested in people coming from digital agencies, EdTech businesses, learning environments, or similar project-led organisations.
You’ll likely bring experience managing multiple stakeholders, overseeing complex delivery programmes, and helping teams stay focused and effective through busy periods.
Alongside a salary of £50,000–£60,000, you’ll join a collaborative, thoughtful business that gives people autonomy, flexibility and trust.

Their work combines educational expertise with digital innovation to deliver meaningful learning experiences that genuinely improve engagement and understanding.
