This is a marketing role with real commercial weight. You'll be shaping the campaigns that help nearly 2,900 independent funeral directors promote Golden Charter plans with confidence, and you'll see the impact in the numbers. The brief has real range: trade press one week, direct mail the next, a corporate partner campaign after that, with your own results analysis feeding back into what comes next.

How you'll make your mark

This is a channel marketing role built around partners, not consumers, and the strategy has to work on two levels at once.

What you'll own

  • Build and run the communication plan that keeps funeral directors and intermediaries engaged, across trade press, social, internal channels, newsletters and direct mail.
  • Develop acquisition and retention campaigns that keep Golden Charter the provider of choice for independent funeral directors and intermediaries, working closely with Product & Innovation, Comms and Data Insight.
  • Build the annual campaign calendar and assets so funeral directors have an always-on way to promote plans, in peak periods and quiet ones.
  • Develop corporate partner campaigns that help funeral directors connect with their customers at a local level.
  • Build multi-layered B2B and B2B2C communications, then prove their impact with clear results analysis.
  • Share the insight and best practice that positions Golden Charter as the partner with the sharpest expertise in the market, making plans genuinely easy to sell.
