As promised, please find attached some details in regarding the Global Head of Brand Homes role. We would ideally like the individual to be based in Dufftown, but we are appreciative that we may need to consider other locations in Scotland to land the best talent.

- Base Salary: in region of £120k to £130K per annum ( may be a little flexibility on this.
- Car Allowance: £7000 per annum
- Bonus: Up to 45% max (pro rata)
- Private medical cover: Family cover private medical cover (Active after 3 months service)
- Group life assurance cover: 8 times annual base salary
- Pension: 4% employee contribution for 8% company contribution or 5% employee for 10% company contribution.
- Product allocation: As per WGS policy (24 points per year can be redeemed for company products Standard bottles 1 point, premium bottles 2 points and super premium 3-6 points.)
- Holiday: 24 days per year plus Bank Holidays
