As they continue to grow rapidly, they’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Engagement Executive to join their ambitious, people-focused team.

You’ll also be reporting to a Sales Manager who empowers rather than micromanages, and receive full training on the tech platform, setting you up for success from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive new business by initiating outbound sales calls and introducing prospects to Tayl’s powerful SaaS platform
- Understand customer needs through insightful conversations, asking the right questions, and tailoring your pitch
- Accurately manage your pipeline using HubSpot, logging calls and follow-ups with precision
- Close deals over the phone in a professional, consultative manner
- Consistently hit or exceed targets while contributing to a collaborative team environment

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 1+ years’ experience in telesales or outbound phone-based sales
- Thrives on hitting and exceeding sales quotas
- Has excellent communication skills and a persuasive phone manner
- Is comfortable working remotely and managing their own time
- Brings experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- (Bonus) Has previous experience in SaaS sales
