Transformation Digital Product Owner
This role is critical to drive the digital elements of the transformation and will need to ensure the successful balance of customer experience, business & programme delivery, and colleague experience. The role is responsible for defining and delivering all Digital aspects for the Transformation which includes Account Opening of all products, Online Banking, Mobile App and Open Banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, with a proven track record in leading transformation and change projects.

Head of Business Requirements for Transformation
Key Working Relationships:
Heads of functions, Subject Matter Experts and the Transformation Leadership Team.
Main Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Product Owner team, this person will be responsible for the delivery of all Digital requirements within the Transformation.

Develop the existing requirements, risks and interdependencies for the digital banking products, services and business processes with the other product owners and business.

Take the requirements through to design, build and implementation.

Provide vision and direction to the teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle for Digital.

Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and end users, managing feedback and reviews, issues and requirements alongside the project team.

Advocate for a customer-centric approach in all product development and transformation initiatives.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications (Key Qualifiers):

5 years’ experience in digital product management, preferably within the banking and finance industry.

Proven experience in digital transformation and change management projects.

Strong background in agile methodologies and product development frameworks as well as traditional waterfall methodology.
