Manufacturing Environment | 20 Hours per Week
We’re working with a fast-paced manufacturing business who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support their backshift and weekend operations.
This is a genuinely hands-on, operational HR role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, dealing with complex people matters, and operating with a high level of autonomy. While the scope of the role is that of a classic Senior HR Advisor, the working pattern makes this a unique opportunity for someone who needs flexibility during the day and prefers working evenings.

-

-

-
Providing strategic advice on recruitment, retention and engagement
-

-
Championing employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
-

About You
You’ll be an experienced, confident HR professional who is comfortable working independently and making sound decisions in a fast-moving operational environment.
You’ll ideally bring:
-
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
-
Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar HR advisory role
-
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
-
Significant experience handling complex employee relations cases
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Why This Role?
Part-time senior HR roles like this are rare. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants a proper, senior, hands-on HR role that fits around other commitments during the day, while still working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
