We are partnering with the lovely team at Big Think as they look to bring in a number of talented individuals, including at Account Manager level. This role is based from their lovely new office in Glasgow (4 days on-site), so you’ll need to be accessible to this location.

We’re looking for…
- A solid grounding in an agency Account Manager/Executive role would be beneficial but we’re also open to someone client-side with a strong experience of how an agency operates
- Excellent project management skills able to juggle multiple priorities and working to deadline
- Strong commercial acumen, able to spot opportunity for new business or with existing clients
- Great communication/stakeholder skills – comfortable liaising/meeting with clients and helping them shape campaigns
- An understanding of digital marketing channels and the role they play in wider campaigns
- Ability to write clear and detailed briefs for internal and external teams
- Confident in managing budgets and financial planning
- Collaborative team player who is always looking at ways to improve performance
- Enthusiasm and curiosity!
You will be…
- Working closely with an exciting range of key clients to plan, coordinate and deliver outstanding campaigns, whilst ensuring high quality
- Supporting the Account Director with the successful retention and growth of clients
- Taking ownership of client activity ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
- Presenting insights, ideas and recommendations to clients
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts
- Briefing media and marketing teams
- Working on new business proposals with support from wider team
