HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC – Glasgow

Are you the kind of person we are looking for?
You are an experienced HR Business Partner who is comfortable operating at pace and close to the business. You build trust quickly and aren’t afraid to challenge when needed.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience operating in a true HR Business Partner role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Confidence managing complex employee relations cases
- Experience supporting and leading on change initiatives
- The ability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A data-led mindset, using insight to shape decisions
Experience within a regulated or fast-paced environment would be useful, but not essential.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll be embedded within your business areas, working closely with leaders to deliver people priorities.
You will:
- Partner with leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business goals
- Coach and support managers on a wide range of people matters
- Lead on complex employee relations issues
- Support talent development, performance and succession planning
- Use data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements
- Play a key role in delivering change and transformation activity
- Champion a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement
