Job Title: Account Manager – Craft Beer (South & East London)
Location: South & East London (candidates must be based within this territory)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join our growing craft beer distribution business. Covering a vibrant and diverse territory across South and East London, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 existing on-trade customers including bars, restaurants, and hotels.
Your primary focus will be to grow volume, strengthen relationships, and maximise opportunities within your customer base, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of around 100 existing on-trade accounts
- Drive sales growth by increasing product range, distribution, and volume within accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with bar owners, managers, and buyers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and introduce new craft beer products
- Execute regular account visits and maintain a consistent call cycle across the territory
- Prospect and win new business to expand distribution in key areas
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, product launches, and events
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the craft beer sector
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
About You
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within drinks, FMCG, or hospitality
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing accounts and delivering against targets
- Experience managing a large and geographically spread territory
- A genuine passion for and knowledge of craft beer
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

- Existing relationships within the South & East London on-trade scene
- Experience working with independent venues and groups
