We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who can own Power BI dashboard development and maintenance, deliver monthly performance reporting with commercial insight, and act as the bridge between marketing stakeholders and our other data teams to really tell the business what the data means.
This is a full-time role on a 9-month Fixed-term contract initially and will be working hybrid out of Glasgow city centre so you’ll need to be accessible to here.

- Salary: £50,000-£55,000 (dependent on experience)
- Pension: 6% employer contribution (£3,000-£3,360 per year)

What we’re looking for:
- Extensive working knowledge of Power BI
- Commercial reporting experience – you’ll understand marketing KPIs, campaign performance, stakeholder dashboards (inc at senior level)
- Able to interpret what the data means and present it in an easily-digestible format for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder engagement – you’ll be comfortable liaising with a range of teams and stakeholders at all levels
- SQL capability – you’ll have a working understanding for data extraction and manipulation (JOINs, aggregations, basic queries)
- A background of working within a regulated environment would be great but it’s much more on the individual here
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning Power BI for marketing department – taking the lead on all marketing dashboard design, build, maintenance and ongoing development
- Taking the lead on BAU data analysis activities – acting as the data steward for any data issues
- Delivering monthly performance reporting – supporting around KPI for marketing performance and campaign reporting
- Acting as the go-to person between the marketing and data teams – you’ll be technical enough to work with data teams and commercial enough to present to CMO
- Helping to drive a data informed culture through the business
- Ad-hoc project work – inc inputting to new upcoming App/Loyalty Scheme, reviewing sales, aggregator performance and brand tracking data to uncover insights
This role would be well suited to senior level marketing analysts or data analysts who love stakeholder engagement and commercial insight delivery, rather than data engineers focused on backend infrastructure and pure technical work.
