Campaign Managers – this one is for you! Are you a self-starting Campaign Manager who enjoys close collaboration as part of a wider marketing team?
We’re supporting the lovely team at Golden Charter on a new opportunity within their growing department. This will play a key role in the acquisition of new customers (with some retention focus in there too).
If you’ve got exposure across a range of channels including ATL and digital and want to be part of a genuinely great bunch of people where they look after their staff, I’d love to hear from you.
This is a full-time role on a 12-month FTC basis and will be working hybrid out of Glasgow city centre so you’ll need to be accessible to here.
The good stuff:
- Salary: Up to £47,000 (dependent on experience)
- Pension: 6% employer contribution (£3,000-£3,360 per year)

What we’re looking for:
- Extensive multi-channel campaign management experience – inc development, exécution and analysis
- Exposure to ATL, trade press, internal comms, social, newsletters and direct mail
- Self-starter who loves getting stuck in and seeing the fruits of your labour
- Strong commercial acumen
- Skilled user of Microsoft packages, Survey Monkey and Dotmailer (or similar)
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing a range of campaigns aimed at key audiences – working a cross a variety of channels
- Supporting on the planning of acquisition and retention campaigns for key partners
- Working closely with other teams across marketing to ensure insight and content is shared and engagement is maximised
- Developing strong, multi-layered B2B and B2B2C campaign comms
- Helping to develop an annual campaign calendar
- Providing detailed results analysis on campaigns to inform decision making
