Walker’s is looking for a commercially astute Head of Marketing to lead from the front and deliver real impact across the brand portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for shaping and delivering a clear long term brand strategy. You will champion Marketing at Board level, align teams across the business, and ensure every touchpoint from product and packaging to campaigns and channels brings the Walker’s brand to life in a distinctive and compelling way.
You will lead and develop a multi disciplinary marketing team covering brand management, consumer insight, PR, digital and experiential. With a strong focus on delivery, you will own the full marketing mix and drive measurable improvements in brand health and value, ensuring activity is commercially grounded and results focused.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, you will embed a strong marketing culture, influence innovation, and ensure the portfolio evolves in line with consumer trends and brand values. You will play a key role in shaping new product development, strengthening the range, and maintaining a consistent global brand identity.

Annual Marketing and Brand Plans that identify growth opportunities and prioritise investment
Digital, PR and sponsorship plans that deliver measurable outcomes
A strong and consistent brand identity with clear guidelines
A robust set of KPIs covering brand value, awareness and market performance
What you bring:
Proven experience leading Marketing at a senior level within an FMCG organisation with the ability to galvanise teams and deliver results
A balance of strategic thinking and hands on execution
Strong communication skills with confidence operating at Board level
Commercial accountability for brand value and margin
Resilience and the ability to lead change while respecting heritage
