The opportunity you've been waiting for
Paisley Town Hall has reopened. Paisley Arts Centre is live. Paisley Museum Reimagined is next. OneRen has made significant capital investments in its venues and the ambition is clear. What's needed now is the commercial leader who can turn that infrastructure into a thriving, financially sustainable operation.
This is a senior role with real scope. You will lead the commercial strategy across retail, hospitality, events, venue hire, and box office. You will shape how audiences experience OneRen's venues and influence how Paisley and Renfrewshire are perceived locally, nationally, and internationally.

A bit more about OneRen
OneRen is a charitable trust operating across Renfrewshire, delivering cultural, leisure, and sporting opportunities for communities of all backgrounds. Its portfolio includes theatres, museums, arts centres, leisure facilities, and a growing events programme.

Denholm's take
What makes this role stand out is the timing. New venues, a flagship museum reopening, and a genuine mandate to build the commercial operation around them. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to shape something tangible in a short timeframe.
We are looking for someone who thrives on commercial challenge, is comfortable operating at a senior level, and can balance the cultural mission of a charity with a clear focus on financial performance. If that sounds like you, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
