Would you like to join a payroll team who were recognised last year with a global industry award for excellence? This team takes their standards seriously and enjoys hitting them.
We are looking for a Payroll and Compliance Analyst to join the team on a six-month contract.
How you'll make your mark
You'll own the analysis, reconciliation and reporting that keeps this payroll compliant with UK statutory requirements, working across on-cycle and off-cycle processes for employees throughout the UK.
Key deliverables
- Deliver Benefit-in-Kind analysis and reporting, including P11Ds, PSA and Short Term Business Visitors returns.
- Keep pension auto-enrolment compliant across multiple owner schemes, including re-enrolment and staging.
- Produce payroll balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage specialised calculations such as SSP, SMP and additional holiday pay.
- Act as the point of contact for HMRC queries and Office for National Statistics survey requests.
What you bring
- Experience in an analyst role within payroll.
- Working knowledge of current UK payroll and tax compliance legislation.
- Experience with an ERP finance module such as SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft.
- Confidence interpreting new legislation and translating it into working process.
