We’re supporting the lovely team at Golden Charter on a newly created Channel Marketing Manager role. It’s an exciting time for the business with marketing being a key area of growth.
If you are an experienced Manager with a breadth of campaign experience and keen to work in an environment that genuinely looks after their staff and with a fantastic culture, this could be for you.
This is a full-time role, permanent and will be working hybrid out of Glasgow city centre so you’ll need to be accessible to here.
The good stuff:
- Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
- Pension: 6% employer contribution (£3,000-£3,360 per year)
- Working week: 35 hours

What we’re looking for:
- Extensive multi-channel campaign planning experience – you’ll be comfortable working across a range of channels both online and offline
- Experience of working in a customer-first business – a regulated environment would help but by no means essential
- Strong team management/work planning experience – you’ll be used to leading teams and helping them to work fluidly across all channels
- Comfortable rolling sleeves up and getting stuck in – this is more delivery focussed leading on team/campaign planning
- Excellent stakeholder skills
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a team of Campaign Managers and Executives – unifying marketing campaign planning and execution
- Delivering marketing strategy into clear programme of campaign activity
- Acting as the day-to-day guardian of brand consistency across all campaign activity
- Creating and maintaining a single, integrated marketing calendar covering all campaign activity
- Producing regular campaign reporting
- Working closely with colleagues across the Marketing department and wider business
