We’re looking for…
A proactive Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations across multiple international markets.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Solid experience with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data organisation, analysis)
- Experience of working within an accountancy or finance department
- You will support the Finance Manager across a range of duties including but not limited to invoicing, accounts receivable, month-end, year-end duties
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive data
You are…
- Detail-focused and efficient
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
- Keen to learn and grow within a supportive environment
- Confident in using accounting software systems. Xero experience would be advantageous
- Multi-currency experience would be an advantage but not essential
