We’re looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven professional to play a central role in taking a well established business to the next stage in its development.
This is a high-impact, outward-facing position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, enjoys building trusted partnerships and knows how to elevate a brand with clarity and confidence.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll bring marketing expertise that will sharp their messaging, strengthen key client relationships and fuel new business growth. You’ll act as a senior voice in the team, supporting strategic decisions, spotting opportunities and ensuring our service continues to stand out for all the right reasons. For the right person, this role offers genuine long-term progression, including a future pathway to board level.
The role will require someone with expertise in the following areas:
Marketing & Brand Development – Deliver our marketing plan alongside our agency partners, refine and simplify our offering, create compelling content and use insight to guide future activity. You’ll keep a close eye on market trends, competitor activity and performance data to inform strategy.
Client Partnership Leadership – You’ll be the trusted lead for key accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, overseeing event delivery and identifying opportunities to grow and diversify existing business.
New Business Growth – Confidently represent us at meetings, pitches and events, build a healthy pipeline and secure new opportunities across targeted sectors.
Strategic Support – Act as a trusted deputy to the MD on commercial decisions, business planning and shaping the long-term direction of the company.
What we are looking for:
You’ll have significant experience in delivering in a B2B marketing environment ion both a strategic and tactical level. You will not only drive new leads and opportunities as well as being comfortable working to develop relationships with clients form initial enquiry through to negotiation and securing business.
Ideally you will have experience in corporate events or within an experiential agency across marketing, account management or business development, with a proven track record of delivering growth. Calm, organised and solutions-led, you enjoy creative thinking just as much as building strong commercial relationships. A full driving licence is essential.
