This role is perfect for an HR Advisor (or similar) with around 2 years’ experience, looking to build breadth and depth by working directly with clients, tackling varied people challenges, and developing into a trusted HR professional.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance across a broad range of issues – from disciplinary and grievance processes to absence management and performance.

Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to each client.

Helping clients stay compliant with employment law and best practice.

Partnering with senior HR consultants to deliver projects on change, engagement, and organisational design.

Building strong relationships with managers, coaching them through people matters and developing your own expertise as you go.
What We’re Looking For:

Around 2 years’ HR advisory experience, with a solid foundation in employee relations.

A genuine passion for HR and helping businesses unlock the potential of their people.

Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with managers and employees at all levels.

A proactive, can-do mindset – eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
