An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s most respected FMCG brands, as International Brand Manager.
Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with Export Sales, the International Brand Manager will translate global brand strategy into practical activation across international markets. This includes leading campaigns and content development in Brand Markets, establishing scalable frameworks and guardrails for Developing and Trading Markets, and ensuring brand integrity, positioning and messaging remain consistent across all touchpoints. The role also oversees digital, social, packaging and marketing standards, providing guidance and sign-off to maintain a premium, coherent brand globally.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced brand or marketing professional, preferably with FMCG or regulated category experience, who thrives in multi-market environments and can influence without direct authority. They will have a proven track record in developing brand frameworks, campaigns and scalable assets, with strong commercial judgement, brand stewardship and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
