We are partnering with the lovely team at Big Think as they look to bring in a number of talented individuals, including a Mid Weight Designer. With a great reputation and a team filled with passionate individuals, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on some fantastic projects playing a key role in the delivery of creative work.
This role is based from their lovely new office in Glasgow (4 days on-site), so you’ll need to be accessible to this location.

We’re looking for…
- A couple of years under your belt in an agency, freelance or relevant in-house setting
- Comfortable working to brand guidelines and presenting your work internally and externally
- Experienced across artwork, motion editing, video, advertising and social content as well as offline
- Able to accurately interpret briefs and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement
- Strong experience across Adobe suite, After Effects, HTML5 and exposure to Figma beneficial
- Used to working to deadlines and mindful of project budgets when delivering work
- A portfolio showcasing your work to date
You will be…
- Working closely with Senior Designer and Developers on a range of client briefs
- Managing multiple projects to deliver top class work, on time and on budget
- Ensuring the work you produce performs across a range of channels
- Presenting design work internally and externally
- Working with Studio Manager to plan in time and schedule of work
- Contributing ideas to improve creative output and internal processes
- Sharing knowledge and inspiration across the wider team
- Attending design events and conferences
