People & Culture Advisor

I’m working in close partnership with a high-performing, award-winning business in Glasgow to find an experienced and passionate People & Culture Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a generalist HR role, combining operational delivery with meaningful culture and engagement work. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative People & Culture team that genuinely shapes the way the business thinks about its people – from day-to-day operations to big-picture culture-building.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a true generalist role, where you’ll play a key part in:

Supporting and advising across all areas of HR

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes

Supporting policy updates and ensuring best practice

Administering company benefits and monthly payroll support

Championing wellbeing, DE&I, and engagement initiatives

Coordinating onboarding, contracts, and right-to-work checks via the HRIS

Working closely with line managers to provide guidance on policies and processes

Supporting external accreditations and awards such as Great Place to Work

Providing data and analysis for reward and remuneration processes
What you’ll bring:

Solid HR administration experience, with a good grasp of employment policies

Previous exposure to or a desire to move into operational HR

Experience supporting recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview prep)

A passion for employee engagement and driving a positive workplace culture

Confidence in advising managers on HR policy and best practice

Great attention to detail and comfort managing a varied, fast-paced workload
-
Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
