Looking for a unique role where you’ll help to implement changes and processes across a dynamic marketing department?
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Traffic Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role where you will help shape new processes, manage change and ensure projects timelines are met. You’ll be the engine behind the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns, acting as the central point for planning, process improvement, and change implementation.
As part of Travel Connect which has over 300 employees across 8 brands and offices in Scotland, Iceland, Sweden and Germany, the business is going through and exciting period of growth and this role will play a key part in their continued success.
We’re looking for…
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project or change management and marketing
- Proven experience in driving cross-departmental change initiatives
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Able to manage workflows and drive efficiencies across the department making strategic recommendations on processes
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Travel industry or agency-side experience would be a strong plus
You will be…..
- Auditing existing ways of working and providing and implementing the recommended change
- Managing and guiding the successful implementation of changes across marketing projects
- Leading marketing process transitions and supporting adoption of new tools
- Creating clear communication strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed, aligned, and supportive of changes
- Coordinating with multiple teams (marketing, IT, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth collaboration and integration of changes across departments
- Identify risks, conducting impact assessments, and driving mitigation strategies
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented changes, providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Oversee performance metrics and lead post-implementation reviews
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the brand’s overall strategic roadmap
