And it was key to the success of their transformation project that they were able to drive the digital technology strategy. They needed someone who could maximise the existing strategic platforms usage to create the best customer experience for 20,000 students. This included complex customer journeys from initial on-boarding to availability of education material as they progress through their chosen disciplines.
